HeatwaveComment

Video Sleeve

Australia, Film, 1981

A protest to stop a housing development at the turn of the century during a heatwave. Doesn't sound promising but it's OK as a film, except it's a little hard to guess ahead of the plot. As usual Bill Hunter is in this film, as well as Richard Moir as the architect of the building and Carole Skinner as the lead protestor who disappears.

Prisoner Actor/Actress Spottings
Frank Gallacher ..... Dick Moinar

Henderson Kids, TheComment

Australia, Children's TV, 1985

OK, this is only from memory, as I can't actually remember very much more about the series. I know Nadine Garner and Alex Papps were in it, and I am almost certain that Bradley Kilpatrick was in it - he played Tommy Kipman, Merle's friend in Prisoner - he would certainly have been around the right age at the time.

Prisoner Actor/Actress Spottings (incomplete)
Nadine Garner ..... Tamara Henderson Bradley Kilpatrick ..... NK Alex Papps ..... Vinnie

This needs no introduction, so it won't get one. I rue the day that the ITV network in Britain stopped showing the end credits to the series, as there is very little way to confirm sightings.

Houseboat HorrorComment

Australia, Straight-to-video film ('nuff said!), 1989

The trailer for this says "Something is about to happen on Lake Infinity!! A new wave of blood gushing suspense!" Doesn't sound too good! Peter Criddle says it was made straight for rental.

Howling III: The MarsupialsComment

Glenda Linscott

Australia, Film, 1987
