Acclaimed Australian film about two men going to war. You always suspect
that one of them will die at the end, but it is never quite sure until
right at the end. Most of the sightings below are of the 'blink and you'll
miss it' or 'read the credits and then go looking for the people' variety.

Much much nastier look at prison life than Prisoner ever was, this is
a look at the events leading up to a prison riot in a futuristic prison,
and is not a very pleasant film to watch - seriously violent, although
it is an excellent film. On the other side of the bars now, Mike Bishop
plays a prison officer who cracks under the strain. Vince Gil plays one
of the more dangerous prisoners.

Another Paul Cox directed film full of loads of symbolism - this one I think
is to do with the passing of time, hence the multitude of clocks. Sheila Florance
appears as a lady with a clock, and Norman Kaye as the main character's psychiatrist.
Monica Maughan continues her downward fall - the time concerned has been rough
on her! Marion Heathfield plays a cleaning woman, and Terrie Waddell a waitress
in a restaurant.

A man sets out to find out what happened to his father after he discovers strange
things going on - his father was a cameraman who took some footage of nuclear
testing years ago and then died in suspicious circumstances. At the same time
a Commission into the actions around the testing is going on and the man must
find his father's evidence to present to the Commission. All three members of
the Commission panel are actually ex-Prisoners: Beverley Dunn, Simon Chilvers
and Alan Hopgood, among a stunning range of other sightings, both obvious and
ones you have to work back from the credits to. Janet Andrewartha appears in
the last scene of the film as a suspicious new next-door-neighbour, and various
people appear to give evidence at the Commission. The first scene in the film
is of an appalling commercial being shot - the director is Roger Oakley and
the stunt cowboy is stuntman Glen Rueland.
